The J Gold Breast Lift is a clinically advanced, non-surgical breast rejuvenation treatment pioneered by Dr Ahmad at Javaani Medical & Aesthetics Clinic in Hazlemere, High Wycombe. It is built on PRGF-ENDORET® technology — the most clinically validated form of autologous platelet therapy, developed by the BTI Biotechnology Institute in Bilbao, Spain, a global leader in regenerative medicine.
The treatment is designed for women whose breasts have lost firmness, fullness, shape, or skin quality due to ageing, menopause, pregnancy, lactation, or weight fluctuation. It addresses not only visible changes in contour and volume, but also the skin laxity, crepey texture, and reduced nipple sensitivity that accompany these processes — outcomes that no topical skincare or standard PRP protocol can replicate.
This is not a simple "vampire breast lift." The J Gold Breast Lift is a dual-phase protocol combining two distinct biological interventions — each targeting a different anatomical layer and a different physiological endpoint. PRGF-ENDORET® liquid is thermally activated to produce a fibrin-rich biogel. This gel phase is injected subcutaneously into the upper outer breast pole and cleavage area — the regions most visibly affected by gravity, breastfeeding, and age-related volume loss.
The gel acts as a natural regenerative scaffold: it occupies lost volume, provides structural support to overlying tissues, and releases growth factors (PDGF, TGF-β1, VEGF, IGF-1) in a sustained, controlled manner as the fibrin network is remodelled — exactly mirroring the biology of natural wound healing.
PRGF-ENDORET® in its liquid phase is administered intradermally across the breast skin, décolletage, and periareolar region. At the dermal level, concentrated growth factors directly stimulate fibroblast proliferation — the cells responsible for producing Type I and Type III collagen, elastin, and hyaluronic acid.
This addresses crepey skin texture, fine lines, elasticity loss, and the pallor caused by reduced microvascular supply. Periareolar intradermal PRGF also restores nipple sensitivity — a common and distressing consequence of surgical procedures, lactation, and age-related sensory decline — through nerve growth factor stimulation and tissue revitalisation.

Clinical Assessment
Dr Ahmad conducts a detailed consultation — assessing breast anatomy, degree of ptosis, skin quality, volume distribution, and your specific concerns. Realistic outcomes are discussed and a personalised treatment plan is agreed.

Biological regeneration is measured in weeks and months, not days. These are realistic, evidence-informed expectations for J Gold Breast Lift patients — not marketing claims.
Mild swelling, tenderness, or bruising at injection sites is normal and expected. Most patients return to daily activities within 24 hours. Avoid strenuous exercise and underwired bras for the first week.
The fibrin gel scaffold integrates with surrounding tissues. Growth factor release initiates fibroblast activity and new collagen synthesis. Subtle improvements in skin texture and firmness begin to emerge. Some patients notice improved nipple sensitivity at this stage.
Collagen remodelling becomes clinically apparent. Skin elasticity and tone improve noticeably. Upper pole fullness and cleavage contour are visibly enhanced as the PRGF gel scaffold matures and tissue regeneration progresses.

Who Pioneered It
The J Gold Breast Lift was developed and pioneered by me, Dr Ahmad, at Javaani Medical & Aesthetics Clinic in Hazlemere, High Wycombe. With over 30 years of experience in medicine and a dedicated aesthetic practice since 2008, I became increasingly frustrated with the limitations of what was being offered to women experiencing the very real physical and psychological consequences of breast ageing.
The standard "vampire breast lift" — a simple PRP injection — was being presented as a transformative treatment. In my clinical experience, it addressed only part of the problem. Volume loss, skin laxity, and reduced sensitivity are distinct physiological processes occurring at different anatomical depths. A single-layer PRP injection cannot meaningfully address all three.
My approach was to design a protocol that matched the biology: activated PRGF gel for subcutaneous volume and structural support where the upper pole and cleavage have deflated, and intradermal liquid PRGF for collagen induction, skin regeneration, and restoration of the periareolar nerve response that governs nipple sensitivity. The PRGF-ENDORET® system — developed by BTI Biotechnology Institute in Spain, to which Javaani has been an approved centre since 2018 — provided the clinical tools to make this dual-phase protocol possible.
